1. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from 77 Tours via FareHarbor, email or WhatsApp. 77 Tours reserves the right to decline a booking at any time.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure are fully refunded.
No refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Tour cancellation by 77 Tours: If 77 Tours cancels a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

Arrive at the meeting point on time. Tours depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late participants.
Disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Follow guide instructions at all times for safety and group management.
Behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and natural environments visited.

4. Health and Fitness

Our tours involve walking, outdoor activity and varying weather conditions. Participants should be in reasonable physical health. 77 Tours accepts no liability for injury or illness arising from undisclosed medical conditions. If you are unsure whether a tour is suitable for you, contact us before booking.

5. Liability

77 Tours takes all reasonable steps to ensure participant safety. However, participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by Australian law, 77 Tours accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage to personal property during tours. Participants attend at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Photography and Media

Drone footage and professional photography are included in all tours. By booking you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images may be used by 77 Tours for promotional purposes. Notify your guide before the tour if you do not consent to appearing in promotional material.

7. Weather and Tour Modifications

Tours operate in light rain. In severe weather conditions, 77 Tours reserves the right to modify the tour route, shorten the tour or reschedule without additional charge. These decisions are made at the sole discretion of the guide for participant safety.

8. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are correct at time of booking. 77 Tours reserves the right to update prices at any time. Optional activities (e.g., camel rides, sandboarding) are charged separately and at the discretion of the participant.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
