Professional photography and drone footage are included in all tours. By booking a tour you consent to being photographed and filmed for personal use. Images may also be used by 77 Tours for promotional purposes (website, Instagram). If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify your guide before the tour.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only where required by Australian law or to deliver services directly related to your booking (e.g., national park entry systems).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Communications via WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted. Booking data held by FareHarbor is secured under their applicable security standards.
